Sound Familiar?

Pain has a way of quietly taking over

It starts as a niggle. Then it's the first thing you notice in the morning, the reason you skip the gym, the thing you're working around at your desk, on the school run or on the pitch.

Most people who find us have already tried resting it, stretching it, taking painkillers or waiting for it to go away. What they haven't had is someone take the time to properly find out why.

That's where we start.

Book Your First Appointment
  • You wake up stiff and it takes ages to loosen up
  • Your neck and shoulders are tight by mid-afternoon at your desk
  • You get headaches that seem to start in your neck
  • Back pain is stopping you training, lifting or playing the sport you love
  • Pain travels into your buttock or leg when you sit or drive
  • It eases for a while, then it keeps coming back
  • You've been told it's "just your age" or something you'll have to live with

What Can We Help With?

Care for the problems that hold you back

Whether it's a recent niggle or something you've put up with for years, our job is to find what's driving it and help you get back to doing what you love.

  • Back pain & stiffness

Lower and upper back pain, muscle spasm, lumbago and the stiffness that makes mornings hard.

  • Neck pain & headaches

Neck tension, a stiff neck and headaches arising from the neck, often linked to desk work and screens.

  • Shoulder & elbow pain

Painful, restricted shoulders, frozen shoulder, old shoulder injuries and tennis elbow.

  • Sciatica & leg pain

Pain, tingling or tightness travelling from the lower back into the buttock and leg.

  • Minor sports injuries

Strains, tight muscles and minor sports injuries, with a clear way forward to keep you training safely.

  • Posture & desk strain

Aches from long hours sitting, driving or on your feet, plus practical changes that help.

  • Hip & knee pain

General joint aches and stiffness in the hips and knees, alongside exercise and rehab.

  • Muscle tension

Knots, tightness and muscle tension that leave you feeling stiff, sore and unable to relax.

  • …and that’s just to name a few.

We take your findings away and study them before recommending anything, so the process we take you through is individual, not off the shelf.

03

Answers you understand

Your Report of Findings, included in your first fee, breaks down exactly what's going on and why, in plain English. You'll never be left guessing.

How It Works

A thorough start, in two visits

We never rush to treat. Your first visit is about understanding you and what's going on. We then take time away to study your findings, so the process we set out at your second visit is built specifically for you.

  1. 1

    Visit 1

    History & Consultation

We talk through your symptoms, medical history, work, training and goals, and listen properly to understand what's going on.

  2. 2

    Visit 1

    Physical Examination

A detailed physical, orthopaedic and neurological examination to build a clear picture of what's driving your symptoms.

  3. 3

    Between visits

    We Study Your Findings

We take your history and examination findings away and map out an individual process for the changes your body needs.

  4. 4

    Visit 2 · Included

    Report of Findings

An in-depth breakdown of what's going on, so you really understand the problem, and a walk-through of the process we'll take you through. Where appropriate, we begin treatment in this same visit.

You only pay for your Initial Consultation, securely when you book online. Your Report of Findings is included, so there's nothing more to pay. It's booked after your first visit and arranged at the most suitable time for you.

Meet the Team

Meet your chiropractor

Farley's path into chiropractic started well before clinic. He began his career in retail management, running a JD Sports branch at a young age, while coaching football alongside it. Working in coaching, sport and fitness deepened a lifelong interest in physical performance and how the human body works.

That led him to a degree in Sport, Exercise & Coaching Science, then a Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) at AECC University College in Bournemouth, one of the UK's leading chiropractic institutions. Since qualifying he has helped people of all ages, lifestyles and activity levels with a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints.

Farley founded Paragon Health Hub on a simple belief: everyone deserves care that is thorough, personal and properly explained. He's passionate about education, helping people understand their own bodies and supporting them towards better health and function.

“Being healthy shouldn’t mean giving up the things you enjoy. Life is for living, so the meals out, the drinks with friends and the weekends away all still have a place. It’s about balance, not perfection.”

Outside the clinic, Farley enjoys music, travelling, sport and fitness, and time with friends and family.

FAQ

Questions, answered

I've tried other treatments before. Why would this be different?

Many of our patients have. The difference is in how we start. Rather than treating straight away, we spend your first visit understanding your history and examining you thoroughly, then take time to study the findings. The process we take you through is built around what's actually going on in your body, and we explain every step.

Why is there a separate report visit?

Taking time to properly study your history and examination findings means the process we recommend is built specifically for you, not guessed on the spot. At your Report of Findings we explain what's going on in plain English, answer your questions and talk you through the process step by step. It's included in your Initial Consultation fee at no extra cost.

My pain isn't that bad yet. Is it worth booking?

You don't need to be in agony to book. Getting checked sooner means you understand what's going on earlier and can make changes before it starts affecting more of your life, your work or your training.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can book directly with us. If anything in your assessment suggests you'd be better served elsewhere, we'll tell you honestly and help you get the right care, including writing to your GP where needed.

Is chiropractic treatment safe?

Chiropractic is a regulated healthcare profession in the UK, and every chiropractor must be registered with the General Chiropractic Council. We take a full history and examination before any treatment, explain any risks and only begin with your informed consent.

Does treatment hurt?

Most people find treatment comfortable. Techniques are always adapted to you, and we check in throughout. Some people feel mild soreness for a day or two, similar to after exercise.

How many sessions will I need, and what does treatment cost?

It depends on you, your symptoms and your goals. At your Report of Findings we'll explain exactly what we recommend, why, and what it costs, so you can decide with confidence. Treatment sessions are £55 each, and we'll talk you through the saving options available. Where appropriate, treatment can begin in that same visit. There's no pressure and no long contract.

Can I book a treatment session without a consultation?

No. Every new patient starts with an Initial Consultation and Report of Findings. Treating without first understanding what's going on wouldn't be safe or effective, so treatment sessions are booked once we've set out your process together.

Why do I pay when I book?

Paying for your Initial Consultation when you book confirms your appointment and reserves that time just for you. Your Report of Findings is included in that fee. If you need to change it, please give at least 24 hours' notice.

Take The First Step
